I hate Monday nights. I have class an hour from my house. I leave work as soon as I get off and just get there in time for class to start. Most of the time I don't have time to stop and eat. Class ends at 8:00 and I can sometimes stop and grab something then. It isn't good for my diabetes because I get so hungry and then my blood sugar likes to rise.
